Hydraulic guillotine shears are metal plate processing equipment that uses hydraulic transmission as power and adopts a guillotine-type shearing structure. Core Structure
Hydraulic System: Composed of a hydraulic pump. hydraulic cylinder. relief valve. directional valve. etc.. it serves as the power source of the equipment. Shearing action is achieved through pressure transmission of hydraulic oil. featuring stable power and large output pressure.- Guillotine-type Tool Post: Adopting an integral rigid structure. the tool post is equipped with shearing blades. During shearing. the tool post moves vertically downward along the guide rail (similar to "gate closing"). ensuring uniform contact between the blade and the plate and reducing plate deformation.- Workbench and Back Gauge: The surface of the workbench is usually paved with wear-resistant pads to protect the plate surface from scratches. The position of the back gauge can be adjusted manually or via a numerical control system to accurately control the length of the sheared plate. making it a key component for ensuring shearing precision.- Safety Protection Devices: Equipped with infrared photoelectric protection. guardrails. emergency stop buttons. etc. When a human body or foreign object enters the shearing area. the equipment will stop running immediately to avoid safety accidents.
Working Principle1.According to processing requirements. the operator sets parameters such as the thickness and length of the plate to be sheared through the control panel (for numerical control equipment. programs can be directly input).2. After starting the equipment. the hydraulic pump operates. pressurizes the hydraulic oil. and delivers it to the hydraulic cylinder.3. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the guillotine-type tool post to move downward along the guide rail. The blade comes into contact with the plate on the workbench surface. and the shearing is completed by overcoming the shear strength of the plate through hydraulic pressure.4. After shearing. the hydraulic system reverses direction. and the tool post resets under the action of a return device (such as a spring or hydraulic cylinder). The operator takes out the sheared plate and enters the next processing cycle
