Hydraulic swing beam shears are metal plate processing equipment that uses hydraulic transmission as power and adopts a swing-type shearing structure. Core Structure Hydraulic System: Composed of a hydraulic pump. hydraulic cylinder. control valve group. etc.. it provides power for the equipment. featuring stable operation and uniform shearing force output.- Swing-type Tool Post: The tool post swings around a fixed axis (similar to "scissors opening and closing"). The blade is installed at an angle. and during shearing. it makes diagonal contact with the plate. reducing shearing resistance and minimizing plate deformation.- Workbench and Material Stopper: The workbench surface is equipped with a wear-resistant pad to protect the plate and the workbench surface. Working Principle
1. The operator adjusts the position of the material stopper and sets shearing parameters according to the plate
size.
