An electro-hydraulic CNC press brake is a high-precision metal sheet bending equipment that combines electro-hydraulic transmission technology and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) system. It is widely used in fields such as sheet metal processing. automobile manufacturing. construction machinery. and home appliance production. Its core function is to bend metal sheets (e.g.. steel plates. aluminum plates) into specific angles or shapes (e.g.. U-shape. V-shape. right angle. etc.) according to preset programs.
CNC SystemIt is equivalent to the "brain" of the equipment. Bending parameters (such as bending angle. bending speed. sheet thickness compensation. etc.) can be set through programming. It supports the storage of multiple processing schemes. and during operation. it can run automatically just by calling the program.
Electro-Hydraulic Transmission SystemComposed of a motor. hydraulic pump. oil cylinder. valve group. etc.. it is responsible for providing bending power. The motor drives the hydraulic pump to generate high-pressure oil; the CNC system controls the valve group to deliver the high-pressure oil to the oil cylinder. which then pushes the slider (driving the upper die) to move downward. Cooperating with the workbench (where the lower die is fixed). it exerts pressure on the sheet to complete the bending process.
Mechanical Structure– Slider and Die: The upper die is fixed on the slider. and the lower die is fixed on the workbench. The shape of the die is customized according to bending requirements (e.g.. V-shaped die. U-shaped die).- Workbench: Some equipment is equipped with a "deflection compensation device". which can offset the slight deformation of the workbench during bending and further improve the bending accuracy.
